Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions of use of ContentLog ("the Service") and the rights and obligations between you and the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose and Definitions
These Terms define what you need to know when using the Service. "User" means any member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. "Content" means card news, ideas, and any other materials you create, edit, or store on the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a SaaS that provides AI-assisted card news generation, editing, and content management. Features may be modified over time for improvement.
3. Account
You can sign up through Clerk and use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts created with false or impersonated information may be restricted.
4. Fees and Billing
The Service offers a free trial and paid subscription plans:
- Free Trial: one-time, 14 days, 50 credits
- Pro Monthly: USD $19 / month, 300 credits refreshed monthly
- Pro Yearly: USD $190 / year, 300 credits refreshed monthly
- Payments are processed by Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
5. Refunds
A paid plan is eligible for a full refund only if the request is made within 14 days of the charge and no credits from the corresponding billing period have been used. If any credits have been consumed, or if more than 14 days have passed, refunds are at our discretion. Credits consumed in AI generations that fail due to system errors are refunded automatically.
6. User Content and AI Output
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the Content you submit or generate on the Service. You represent that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights. We use your Content only as needed to provide, display, and export the Service and to investigate errors; we do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and lawfulness of AI-generated output and for its commercial use.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use another person's account or payment information without authorization
- Interfere with normal operation of the Service (automated scripts, abnormal bulk requests, etc.)
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization
- Create or distribute Content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable laws
- Use the Service to create child sexual exploitation material, illegal content, or hateful/discriminatory content
8. Service Changes and Interruptions
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, with advance notice for material changes. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by force majeure, system failures, or other unavoidable events.
9. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts with prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Service and a User shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to Users), stating the effective date and reason.
